As you pull your covers back and swing your legs out of bed, you have a sense of direction and quiet confidence that you have a handle on this day⌠and every day.
Over the 6 weeks we spend working closely together, I will help you toâŚ
So you know where you are heading â even if you stopped setting goals years ago to avoid disappointing yourself.
And develop time management skills to overcome the classic ADHD stumbling blocks such as arriving late, procrastinating and last minute panics before deadlines.
so that it supports you and helps (not hinders) your ADHD symptoms.
To help you treat and manage your ADHD symptoms naturally. These steps can be done in addition to ADHD meds, or on their own if you donât take any medication.
This helps to build stronger relationships and avoids misunderstandings, hurt feelings and fallouts.
Each person has a unique blend of ADHD characteristics . When you have a deep understanding of your ADHD you feel incredibly empowered. Plus, it allows you to treat and manage your ADHD more effectively than ever before.
A simple mindset shift can make a huge improvement to your day to day performance.
A natural side effect to all this is an increase in your confidence and self-esteem. You are finally seeing progress in the areas of your life that you have been wanting for years. And you start to trust yourself again.
I have been a full time ADHD coach for 15 years. During that time I am happy to say that clients get incredible results.
Part of the reason is not so much because of my academic qualifications (if you are interested in those, scroll to the bottom of this page) but because of my personal experience.
I was diagnosed with âsevere dyslexiaâ at the age of 28 years. Living with an undiagnosed condition for years meant I can relate to my ADHD clients in a very unique way.
I know what itâs like to feel different from the rest of the world. I know the effort that it takes to put on a âgood frontâ for the world to see, only to collapse behind the scenes later.
I felt frustration trying to do things that other people find easy.
And struggled with low confidence, shame, and an uneasy feeling that I was going to be âfound out.â I also had depression for years and my mind was constantly worrying that I had forgotten something or done something wrong.
After being diagnosed with Severe Dyslexia, I made a decision to focus on my strengths. That one decisions changed my life. I also created a âpersonal success system.â It included all the things that I found helped me to feel happy, healthy and be productive.
It worked! My life started to change. The depression lifted and never came back.
Later on when I became a coach, I discovered that my âpersonal success systemâ didnât just help me! It was incredibly effective for adults with ADHD. This is now the backbone of The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program â the one we will be using to make positive changes in your life.
While dyslexia and ADHD are different conditions (some people have both), I really understand the ADHD brain and mind. So much so, clients say things like, âAre you psychic?â or, âIt feels like you are in my head right now.â
Having this level of understanding about ADHD means therapists and other ADHD coaches ask me for advice when one of their clients gets stuck and they want help in moving them forward.
It is also why my clients get great results. Having someone that really âgetsâ you, perhaps for the first time in your life, can be transformative. It can even be a little emotional at first; some people feel overcome and need a tissue.
That deep personal insight provides a solid foundation that we build on with practical tools and systems.
Your priorities, your greatest challenges and your biggest dreams drive the focus of our coaching.
The work we do together is customized and personal to you. We will be using The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program. However, the amount of time we spend on each topic will depend on your current priorities, challenges and stage of life.
Structure is very helpful when you have ADHD and this coaching program helps to createstructure in your life. However, I have found that a very rigid curriculum isnât the most effective way to create and maintain long term positive changes in your life.
For example, it makes sense to talk about time management in a week that you have a deadline crunch. You will feel motivated to implement suggestions and get to enjoy the relief they provide immediately.
In contrast, if we stayed in our coaching bubble and talked about topic X because that was the designated topic that week, our work together would become more theoretical than practical and less effective in making lasting changes.
Video calls (rather than the telephone), if at all possible, allow me to see you and your facial expressions, notice your body language and feel your energy.
Within 24 hours of each coaching session I will email you coaching notes of the key points we talked about and action steps. Even clients who take notes during the coaching session find these super helpful.
This helps you to feel supported throughout the whole coaching program. You can reach out any time you have a victory to share or hit a stumbling block. When I introduced email support in between coaching sessions, client success increased substantially â even with clients who didnât actually email! Just knowing that they had the option made them feel that I had their back and helped them to take action.
The Untapped Brilliance Club you receive immediate access to the complete online course library (with training lessons, worksheets, and slides).
Each course does a deep-dive into common challenges that people with ADHD face.
The Club also includes unlimited body double sessions with me or other awesome ADHDers. This means you can get real-time accountability as you are 'doing' things. Perhaps writing an assignment, doing your taxes or cleaning your kitchen. The double body sessions reduce anxiety if it's a hard or scary task, AND they make boring tasks more interesting.
Investment For the Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program is $2,000 USD.
I am currently only offering the Untapped Brilliance Coaching Program to people who have had an Initial 1 hour Coaching Session.
In this one off session you will get practical suggestions for your most pesky ADHD symptoms, as well as a deeper understanding of how ADHD shows up for you.
During the hour we spend together, you will get a feel for what coaching is like. Plus we will both be able to tell if we are a good match to continue to work together.
If we decide to go ahead with the Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program, we will deduct this session and payment from the total package cost

Yes, I do!
My 1.1 coaching clients are almost exactly 50% men and 50% women.
When you have ADHD, it is almost impossible to âmake yourselfâ do things. However, I bet you find it very easy to do things that you enjoy, that are interesting and fun. Dr. Russell Barkley says that ADHD is less about attention and all about motivation.
Why the Signature Coaching Program is so effective is we (you and me) work out what motivates you, and then use that to your advantage. When you feel motivated, you canât wait to start!
We also create systems and habits so you go on autopilot and do tasks without even having to think about them.
You are never too old for coaching. My oldest client recently celebrated his 73rd birthday. A benefit of ADHD is that it keeps you youthful. Perhaps itâs the love of learning, sense of humour or creativity. Whatever it is, ADHDers are often mistakenly thought to be 10 or 15 years younger than their biological age.
As long as you are open to trying to new things, coaching is helpful whatever your age.
