ADHD Coaching That Revitalizes Your Life

Imagine waking up to the first ring of your alarm clock feeling rested and motivated to get out of bed straight away. In fact, you even have a tingle of excitement about the day ahead. As you pull your covers back and swing your legs out of bed, you have a sense of direction and quiet confidence that you have a handle on this day… and every day.

Don’t Worry if You Aren’t There Yet!
  •  Do you feel you are on the sidelines of your life?
  •  Or that you are falling behind?
  • Do you know you are smart and very talented in parts of your life, yet your ADHD characteristics seem to get in the way of the level of success you know you are capable of?
  • Do you know what you need to do, but can’t seem to do it on your own?
  • Are you motivated to try something different?

If so, The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program can help!

Over the 6 weeks we spend working closely together, I will help you to…

1. Set Clear Goals.

So you know where you are heading – even if you stopped setting goals years ago to avoid disappointing yourself.

 2. Understand the Passage of Time

And develop time management skills to overcome the classic ADHD stumbling blocks such as arriving late, procrastinating and last minute panics before deadlines.

 3. Organize your Physical Environment

so that it supports you and helps (not hinders) your ADHD symptoms.

 4. Identify and Make Lifestyle Changes

To help you treat and manage your ADHD symptoms naturally. These steps can be done in addition to ADHD meds, or on their own if you don’t take any medication.

 5. Develop Your Communications Skills

This helps to build stronger relationships and avoids misunderstandings, hurt feelings and fallouts.

 6. Become an Expert in How ADHD Shows Up For You.

Each person has a unique blend of ADHD characteristics . When you have a deep understanding of your ADHD you feel incredibly empowered. Plus, it allows you to treat and manage your ADHD more effectively than ever before.

7. Shift Your Mindset.

A simple mindset shift can make a huge improvement to your day to day performance.

 8. Increase in Confidence and Self-Esteem

A natural side effect to all this is an increase in your confidence and self-esteem. You are finally seeing progress in the areas of your life that you have been wanting for years.  And you start to trust yourself again.

"If I had only seen Jacqui 15 years earlier I would be 15 times more ahead in life! Jacqui has helped me with my ADHD issues and fears. Yet the main benefit that has come from the coaching is most definitely is the self confidence I have now in my abilities. She has done more for me than a multitude of expensive Psychiatrists, Psychoanalysts and Psychologists all have done combine over the last 15 years. I am currently based out of Melbourne, Australia and Jacqui out of Montreal Canada. All our coaching appointment have been Skype appointments. In all honestly I can’t wait week to week for our next appointment as I get so much out of them. "

Why Me?

I have been a full time ADHD coach for 15 years. During that time I am happy to say that clients get incredible results.

Part of the reason is not so much because of my academic qualifications (if you are interested in those, scroll to the bottom of this page) but because of my personal experience.

I was diagnosed with ‘severe dyslexia’ at the age of 28 years.  Living with an undiagnosed condition for years meant I can relate to my ADHD clients in a very unique way.

I know what it’s like to feel different from the rest of the world. I know the effort that it takes to put on a ‘good front’ for the world to see, only to collapse behind the scenes later.

I felt frustration trying to do things that other people find easy.

And struggled with low confidence, shame, and an uneasy feeling that I was going to be ‘found out.’  I also had depression for years and my mind was constantly worrying that I had forgotten something or done something wrong.

How Untapped Brilliance Was Born

After being diagnosed with Severe Dyslexia, I made a decision to focus on my strengths. That one decisions changed my life. I also created a  ‘personal success system.’  It included all the things that I found helped me to feel happy, healthy and be productive.

It worked! My life started to change. The depression lifted and never came back.

Later on when I became a coach, I discovered that my ‘personal success system’ didn’t just help me! It was incredibly effective for adults with ADHD.  This is now the backbone of The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program – the one we will be using to make positive changes in your life.

While dyslexia and ADHD are different conditions (some people have both), I really understand the ADHD brain and mind. So much so, clients say things like, ‘Are you psychic?’ or, ‘It feels like you are in my head right now.’

Having this level of understanding about ADHD means therapists and other ADHD coaches ask me for advice when one of their clients gets stuck and they want help in moving them forward.

It is also why my clients get great results. Having someone that really ‘gets’ you, perhaps for the first time in your life, can be transformative. It can even be a little emotional at first; some people feel overcome and need a tissue.

That deep personal insight provides a solid foundation that we build on with practical tools and systems.

"Jacqueline gave me one tip that tripled my productivity. I was amazed by how easy it was and what a huge difference it made. When I talk about my frustrations, Jacqui listens calmly and helps me feel accepted and then gives me easy simple steps I can do effortlessly. Tasks that have been hanging around for months are done. Projects are finally moving ahead. That means more money flows in. Thank you!!" "

Whatever is Most Important to You!

Your priorities, your greatest challenges and your biggest dreams drive the focus of our coaching.

Personalized To YOU!

The work we do together is customized and personal to you. We will be using The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program. However, the amount of time we spend on each topic will depend on your current priorities, challenges and stage of life.

Structure is very helpful when you have ADHD and this coaching program helps to createstructure in your life. However, I have found that a very rigid curriculum isn’t the most effective way to create and maintain long term positive changes in your life.

For example, it makes sense to talk about time management in a week that you have a deadline crunch. You will feel motivated to implement suggestions and get to enjoy the relief they provide immediately.

In contrast, if we stayed in our coaching bubble and talked about topic X because that was the designated topic that week, our work together would become more theoretical than practical and less effective in making lasting changes.

"Jacqueline is the ONLY professional who has ever been able to make a difference. After years of frustration, near misses and unfulfilled dreams, Jacqueline managed to tap into what makes me tick and utilize my strengths.” "

What's Included in The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program?

Six 60-minute Coaching Sessions via  Zoom

Video calls (rather than the telephone), if at all possible, allow me to see you and your facial expressions, notice your body language and feel your energy.

Personalized Coaching notes emailed to you after each Coaching Session

Within 24 hours of each coaching session I will email you coaching notes of the key points we talked about and action steps. Even clients who take notes during the coaching session find these super helpful.

Unlimited (within reason!) email support.

This helps you to feel supported throughout the whole coaching program. You can reach out any time you have a victory to share or hit a stumbling block. When I introduced email support in between coaching sessions, client success increased substantially – even with clients who didn’t actually email! Just knowing that they had the option made them feel that I had their back and helped them to take action.

The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program is perfect for you if…

  • You are generally a motivated person (we all have our down days).
  • You have an open mind and are willing to try new things.
  • You’re interested in your health and well-being.
  • You’re doing okay in life, and ready to do even better.
  • You’re excited for change in your life.

The Untapped Brilliance Signature Coaching Program is NOT for you if…

  • You are doing coaching to appease your wife/partner/parents rather than for yourself.
  • You have an addiction that you aren’t treating yet.
  • You can’t comfortably afford to pay for the coaching. (It is hard to get the best results when you are seriously worried about paying your bills. Pick a free or low cost option and consider coaching at a later date. I will still be here. )
  • You enjoy a good moan rather than being proactive

"My life is life is night and day different after working with Jacqueline. She definitely has the goods and is an expert on ADHD. However, her real gift has been in seeing me as a capable and competent person. She quietly operated from that belief working it into the fabric of our coaching sessions. Now I believe it too. That goes way beyond any strategy I could ask for. I live in the US and Jacqueline is in Canada. Yay internet!"

FAQ's

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. You can pay in 2 instalments.

Does the Initial One Hour Coaching Consult count as the first of the 6 sessions of the coaching program if I go ahead and do the full signature coaching program?

Yes, it does!

In the coaching, would we be focusing on key areas that are important to me or does it follow more of a prescribed structure for everyone?

It's 100% focused on the areas that are most important to you.

Is it possible to put a short pause in the 6 week program if there is a holiday that falls in the middle?

Absolutely!

Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes, I do!

My 1.1 coaching clients are almost exactly 50% men and 50% women.

The Signature Coaching Program sounds amazing. My concern is, I have spent decades trying to make myself do things and it has never worked. Why would this coaching program be different?

When you have ADHD, it is almost impossible to ‘make yourself’ do things.  However, I bet you find it very easy to do things that you enjoy, that are interesting and fun.  Dr. Russell Barkley says that ADHD is less about attention and all about motivation.

Why the Signature Coaching Program is so effective is we (you and me) work out what motivates you, and then use that to your advantage.  When you feel motivated, you can’t wait to start!

We also create systems and habits so you go on autopilot and do tasks without even having to think about them.

I am 52 years old and recently found out I have ADHD. Am I too old?

You are never too old for coaching.  My oldest client recently celebrated his 73rd birthday. A benefit of ADHD is that it keeps you youthful. Perhaps it’s the love of learning, sense of humour or creativity. Whatever it is, ADHDers are often mistakenly thought to be 10 or 15 years younger than their biological age.

As long as you are open to trying to new things, coaching is helpful whatever your age.
