Hi, Iā€™m Jacqueline.

I have a neurodiverse brain too!

I am severely dyslexic, which is a different condition to ADHD, but thereā€™s enough of an overlap that clients ask me if Iā€™m psychic!

As it happens, Iā€™m not!

I just know how our brains work.

Before my diagnosis, I struggled with tasks that were supposed to be ā€˜easy,ā€™ .

Keeping up the appearance that everything was ā€˜normalā€™ was tiring and time-consuming.

There wasnā€™t much time left for fun in my day.

After my diagnosis,Ā  I created a system of strategies to support myself. I let go of neurotypical techniques that didn't suit me.Ā 

I adapted other techniques so that they truly worked for my brain and worked with my strengths.

Then everything changed,.
Life doesn't feel like an endless to-do list anymore.

I now Ā have enough time to run marathons and an ultra marathon (which is fun for me).
