If you’ve been nodding along, it doesn’t mean those things aren’t possible for you—it just means you haven’t discovered the right approach that works in harmony with your ADHD brain, body, and life… yet!
Managing ADHD isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.

Because ADHD shows up differently for everyone, it's helpful to develop a personal awareness of your unique ADHD traits.
Then, when you learn ADHD-friendly life management strategies, you can personalize them to your life.
Which makes implementation (so you see results!) feel doable, motivating, and successful.
Hi, I’m Jacqueline.
I have a neurodiverse brain too!
I am severely dyslexic, which is a different condition to ADHD, but there’s enough of an overlap that clients ask me if I’m psychic!
As it happens, I’m not!
I just know how our brains work.
Before my diagnosis, I struggled with tasks that were supposed to be ‘easy,’ .
Keeping up the appearance that everything was ‘normal’ was tiring and time-consuming.
There wasn’t much time left for fun in my day.

After my diagnosis, I created a system of strategies to support myself. I let go of neurotypical techniques that didn't suit me.
I adapted other techniques so that they truly worked for my brain and worked with my strengths.
Then everything changed,.
Life doesn't feel like an endless to-do list anymore.
I now have enough time to run marathons and an ultra marathon (which is fun for me).

One member of The Club had been feeling stuck, so came to a group coaching call and got personalized support. Here’s what she had to say:
"I was really focused on getting feedback for my schedule in a very particular kind of way, but the unsolicited extra feedback Jacqueline gave about how to create external accountability for the tasks I've been dreading was extremely helpful.
In classic ADD fashion, I had made it too complicated.
I couldn't see the subtasks that went into my approach, so I set myself up for failure.
I felt like a failure because I thought I hadn't tried hard enough.
Jacqueline's observation today was so simple, but so perfect.
After the coaching call, I realized she had effortlessly pinpointed the ADD glitch in my plan, and offered a doable, extremely ADD friendly solution.
And she totally eliminated that big, ornerous, time-sucking, dead end goal from my schedule.
Please feel free to use this as a quote. I feel like it's a great example of what makes your ADD coaching so unique and so effective!

"My life if night and day different after working with Jacqueline. She definitely has the goods and is an expert on ADHD. However, her real gift has been seeing me as a capable and competent person. She quietly operated from that belief working it into the fabric of our coaching sessions. Now I believe it too. That goes way beyond any strategy I could ask for. I live in the US and Jacqueline is in Canada. Yay internet!"
