In today’s video we talked about
Just like a car needs gas AND oil to function and take you places, you need fun AND your to-do tasks. Without both it's hard to get where you want to go.
ADHDers are really good at focusing on the serious stuff.
However they disregard fun things because they don't feel they have time or are worthy. It sounds counter intuitive, but including fun in your life helps you to be more productive.
If you haven't been getting the results you want in the past..is could be why.
