.

Imagine feeling organized and productive every day!

(without getting stressed or bored)

On paper, George should be happy.

He has a supportive wife, two healthy children, a university degree and a job that pays the bills.

Yet George is miserable and feels a little more frustrated with himself every day.

Each morning he wakes up sleep-deprived and with a sense of dread about the day ahead. Life doesn’t seem fun; it feels like something to get through.

His ADHD symptoms are managed just well enough that he can do what is required of him to avoid getting fired or having arguments at home.

However, he lives with an uneasy feeling of dissatisfaction that he is capable of so much more.

George knows he is talented and smart

which actually makes him feel worse not better

After all, if he is smart, why can’t he figure this out? He is a little resentful of his friends’ achievements.

Their successes seemed to come easily.

If he told people how he feels, they would be shocked because to the outside world, George seems cheerful, articulate and easy going.

Nobody sees how hard George has to work behind the scenes to give that ‘normal’ appearance.

George feels stuck. He calls it a ‘failure loop’ because no matter how hard he tries he can’t seem to break it.

He often experiments with new techniques or tactics that could help his ADHD. He is always optimistic that this will be THE thing that will change everything.

However, after a week or three, he stops doing it. Perhaps it’s because the technique doesn’t seem to be working or because he forgets.

That only seems to prove to George that he really is stuck.

At the end of the day when everyone else is in bed, George stays up and surfs the internet, mindlessly flicking through websites until he finds an article interesting enough to read.

Before he knows it, it’s 3 a.m. and, feeling defeated, he drags himself to bed. He is painfully aware that his alarm will be ringing in three and a half hours. He feels annoyed with himself (again) for not going to bed like a regular person. He is so sick of breaking promises to himself.

Hi I am Jacqueline Sinfield

I have been an ADHD coach for the past 14 years.

During that time I have heard many stories like George’s.

As heartbreaking as the stories are, I know the person’s life won’t be that way much longer.  When people contact me, I know they are ready for some big changes. And it’s my job to help them.

At the start of the conversation, people are understandably skeptical.

As much as they want help for their ADHD, they also want to protect themselves from getting excited and hopeful only to be disappointed… again.

They have probably worked with many different professionals over the years and tried a variety of different tactics.

Why would this be different?

A message I hear again and again from the people I have worked with:

‘Jacqueline is the only professional that has been able to help me.’

I might never know the exact reasons for these successes, but I can make a good guess.  :)

It’s a combination of my formal education (nurse, psychology degree, coach) and my personal experience of living with severe dyslexia.

While ADHD and dyslexia are different conditions, there is enough of an overlap that I understand really well the challenges people with ADHD have – so well in fact that people ask,

‘Are you psychic?’

or,

‘Are you in my head right now?’

 I’m not! :)

However, this deep understanding and years of experience allow me to know what helps ADHD symptoms, what doesn’t, what should take priority and what can be left for later or even forgotten completely.

"Jacqueline is the ONLY professional who has ever been able to make a difference. After years of frustration, near misses and unfulfilled dreams, Jacqueline managed to tap into what makes me tick and utilize my strengths.” "

Most important of all

I understand what are the easiest things for a person living with ADHD to implement to give them the biggest results.

During the 14 years of being an ADHD Coach, I developed a system of techniques and habits that, when implemented together, allow ADHD symptoms to be managed naturally.

That in turn means you can feel in control of your day, organized, productive, accomplished and happy.

Because the steps in my system are the foundational pieces for my private individual coaching clients, I decided to create a resource library of training videos and worksheets that clients can refer to again and again.

That is when I had a brain wave! Since this information is universally helpful to all adults with ADHD regardless of age, gender or career path, why not turn it into a course?

And that is how Essentially Brilliant was born!

It’s my complete proven step by step system to create a productive and organized life…one day at a time.

Because Essentially Brilliant is a step by step system, all the guess work has been removed for you.

It includes everything you need to manage your  ADHD symptoms naturally.

The Support!

Essentially Brilliant isn’t just about consuming information! It has been carefully designed so it’s easy for you to take action, implement strategies and experience positive changes in your life. There is support and guidance for you every step of the way.

Lesson comments

Inside Essentially Brilliant you can ask questions directly below each video lesson. This way you personalize the information to your unique situation and get support from me, Jacqueline. Plus, you can interact with the other awesome Essentially Brilliant members.

12 Monthly Group Coaching Calls

Every month you are invited to a Group Q and A Coaching call. This is where you get to ask questions about your ADHD and the course material, set goals for the month and hear from other ADHDers. By the end of the call you will feel unstuck, inspired and ready for action. The calls are recorded so if you can’t make them live, simply email your questions and catch up by watching the replay.

Here is what one member said

I love that there are live calls so I can ask questions. I also appreciate hearing your responses to other people’s questions that I hadn’t thought of asking, but knew it was my question when I heard it.

12 Monthly Virtual ‘body double’ hours.

In the ADHD world, a ‘body double’ is a person who sits with you while you work on a task. It could be decluttering, doing your taxes, etc. A body double helps keep you stay focused on the task and might even reduce anxiety the task causes you.

In Essentially Brilliant, we have virtual body double hours.  The collective energy of the group helps beat procrastination and aids focus. If you get stuck or feel resistance, I am there to help you more forward.

Connect with other ADHDers

Most people join Essentially Brilliant to learn the material in the course lessons. However! A bonus benefit is connecting with like-minded adults with ADHD. Hearing other members’ life experiences has been helping Essentially Brilliant members realize they aren’t alone; there are other people just like them. Sharing experiences and tips has been both healing and empowering for many Essentially Brilliant members.

Tech Support

The course is hosted on an intuitive and easy to use platform. However, if you have any tech questions, please email us at support@untappedbrilliance and we will take care of you right away.

"I’ve been aware of my ADHD for many years now, but each Essentially Brilliant lesson has taught me something new. I learned new ADHD characteristic I didn’t know about before (but recognized when you described it) and many new techniques and strategies to work around or accommodate my symptoms and tap into my brilliance. More than all of that, you make everything so easy and “normal.” I don’t feel defective, or hopeless about whether I can ever work around my ADHD characteristics. I learned more about myself in each lesson. I also learned that some things I thought were “doesn’t everybody?” were unique characteristics of ADHDers. That makes it easier for me to understand non-ADHDers too! Thank you thank you thank you."

"“Without hesitation I recommend anyone struggling with ADHD to work with Jacqui. “I knew that medication wasn’t the only answer and that a major dietary/lifestyle change was needed for me to feel in control of my life. The changes I made not only helped my ADHD, they also helped with my severe insomnia. “Without a doubt, working with Jacqui was one of the best decisions I have made. I would have also saved thousands of dollars on psychiatrists if I had worked with her sooner.”"

FAQ

How much time do I need to implement the strategies you are teaching?

If you can spend 10 minutes a day to turn the steps of the course into habits, you will see a really big difference.

Can I access Essentially Brilliant! course content through my phone?

Yes! I use Kajabi to host my content, and they have a lovely and functional app for easy access to all the material from your phone or tablet. All the live calls are via Zoom, which is also mobile friendly.

How is this course different from your book Untapped Brilliance?

Some of the information in the Essentially Brilliant course is similar to the book. However! The course covers more topics and in greater depth than the book. Plus, the course is interactive and there is support and guidance from me, for example in the Monthly Group  Q and A Coaching Calls and the comments section under each lesson.

When are the monthly group coaching calls?

The calls are the first Thursday of every month.

How long are the videos?

The videos are made with the busy ADHDer in mind. Each video is 5 minutes or less.

Here is what one ADHDer said.

“Jacqueline! You seem to have a natural ability to break information down and zone in on what is important. Plus, you give solutions in such a way that I can’t wait to jump into action. Thank you!”

How many videos in a Module?

It varies with each topic; however seven is average.

What format is the content delivered?

Each module includes videos (with slides), worksheets and checklists. Whether you are a visual or auditory learner or like to see the key points in writing, this course has you covered.

How long are the group coaching calls?

It depends how many questions there are. A call could be15 minutes to an hour or longer. Jacqueline will keep answering questions until they have all been addressed.

Will the group Q and A calls be recorded?

Yes! The recordings will be posted in the course library where you can access them any time. If you have questions and can’t attend live, just email them to me, Jacqueline and I will be sure to answer them all.

Is there a refund policy or guarantee?

There are no refunds for this offer. If you’re not sure this is right for you, check out the Untapped Brilliance Blog (free) or the Untapped Brilliance book (low cost) to see how you like my style and content.

Is there any one-on-one time with you in the program?

There isn’t any one-on-one time with me in this program.  However, you are more than welcome to book an individual coaching session if you would like some additional support.

I am confused! If there is no one-on-one time with Jacqueline, who are the monthly group coaching calls with?

The group coaching calls are with me, Jacqueline! I love interacting with the course members, so the group calls and comments within the course are all replied to by me personally. Because the Group Coaching calls are ‘group,’ they aren’t technically one-to-one time with me.

"Essentially Brilliant is fabulous and well worth doing. It was life-changing for me. I can’t recommend it enough"

Diana
