Circle of Brilliance

The ADHD Group Coaching Program

An 8-Week Group Coaching Program To Propel You Forward

Hazel was making her morning coffee. The house was quiet and morning sun was shining through the window.

It would have been the perfect way to start the day, except Hazel had an uneasy feeling in the bottom of her stomach. It seemed to be her constant companion these days.

The last few years had been tough. It was hard to admit because Hazel usually considered herself to be relatively successful and happy.

Yet life just seemed so hard for her in a way it wasn’t for other people.

Hazel knew she had lots to be grateful for. She had three grown up children who were off doing good things in the world and a husband who was healthy and happy.

Until three years ago, Hazel thought she had life figured out.

Then a new boss showed up.

Hazel had always done well at work and enjoyed her career. But she and the new boss clashed big time. The boss was highly critical of her style of working.

Hazel lost confidence in her abilities and she became scattered, forgetful, disorganized and lived in fear of doing something wrong.

After a series of doctor visits she discovered she had ADHD.

This was a surprise and a relief; she had been convinced he was going to tell her something much worse.

Ever since then she felt really alone. Her husband and friends meant well but they ended up saying unhelpful things like,

‘You don’t have ADHD,’ or ‘If you had ADHD you wouldn’t have been able to do…’ and then list all the things she had done in her life.

When Hazel thought of ADHD she pictured someone like her son.

He was the little boy who couldn’t sit still in class, talked all the time and was constantly doing stunts on his bike or skateboard.

She on the other hand enjoyed a slower pace of life. She liked to relax at home with a good book.

It was true, she had always struggled with things that other people found easy, like housework, making little decisions, shutting and locking the front door. It just hadn’t occurred to her those things were connected to ADHD.

When her son was diagnosed with ADHD, she had figured out the best ways for him to do all the things a 9-year-old needs to do.

For example, it was easier for him to do homework if she sat with him and was on hand answer questions.

Hazel wished someone could help her to know the best way to do things, just like she had done for her son. She couldn’t seem to do it herself.

Hazel still had lots of unanswered questions about her ADHD. Like, how had she done well at school and her career all those years? And why did ADHD suddenly start causing her problems now?

But most of all she wanted to know how to use this new piece of information about herself to her advantage.

She would love catch up with the backlog of projects and hobbies and start planning  for the future. The last three years she had been in survival mode.

She was ready to take action now, but she just wasn’t sure how.

Do You Feel a Bit Like Hazel?

Are you ready to use the knowledge that you have ADHD to your advantage? Would you like to learn the best ADHD-friendly ways to catch up on your backlog of projects and tasks? Are you ready to start taking action but not sure how?

Hi I am Jacqueline Sinfield

and over the last 13 years I have been helping adults just like you, with those exact issues.

Knowing you have ADHD is the first step.

The next step is to find solutions for your ADHD challenges so you can function at your best. That way, you can do all the things you want. My guess is there are a lot.  :)

When new clients come to see me they often feel despondent or frustrated, or worse, feel they are ‘a lost cause.’

They have probably tried many things, seen other professionals, and nothing seems to work.

I tell them even though they haven’t found an answer yet, it doesn’t mean there isn’t one.

There is always an answer to every ADHD challenge. It’s a bit like solving a puzzle.

I get enormous job satisfaction from helping clients find solutions to each problem ADHD poses them. The great thing is, once the right solution has been found for you, it helps you now and far into the future.

"Jacqueline is the ONLY professional who has ever been able to make a difference. After years of frustration, near misses and unfulfilled dreams, Jacqueline managed to tap into what makes me tick and utilize my strengths.” "

The program kicks off with a 60-minute 1 to 1 coaching call with me.

 During that call we will…

  • Identify which project you would like to focus on during Circle of Brilliance.
  • Map out your plan, in small do-able steps.
  • Identify the ADHD-friendly techniques that will help you to finish your project.
  •  Answer any ADHD questions you have.

The next 7 weeks are designed to help you take action and work the plan!

 4 Group Calls.

In these calls we meet as a group to check in, share wins, get unstuck and be inspired for the next week of action.

 3 Co-Working Calls

In these calls we meet as a group and work together, each person on their individual project. The collective energy of everyone working together at the same time is powerful as it helps beat procrastination and helps you focus.

Voxer Support

I will be checking in with you every week day.  Voxer is a walkie talkie app.  It’s super easy to use! Plus any time you are feeling stuck just leave me a message, either voice or in writing and I can help you get unstuck. This way you can keep you momentum and motivation up.

 Secret Facebook Group

This is a great way for you to get to know your fellow members. You can share your wins with the group, take before and after photos, get inspired and motivated by other people’s wins, get to know each other and support, encourage and even make some new friends. When can I book my 1-to-1 Coaching appointment with you?

These calls take place April 3 to 16th. You can schedule your call as soon as you enrol in Circle of Brilliance.

Will the calls be recorded?

Yes, they will! If you know you can’t make the call then email me your questions and I will be sure to answer them.

What if I am on holiday during those dates?

How long are you going to be away? If it’s two weeks or less, you will still benefit from the group. Longer than two weeks, it would better to wait until next time the group is offered.

How much time will this take?

A few hours a week for the calls and implementation. HOWEVER! It’s like anything else – the more you put in the more you get out.

How long are the weekly group calls?

Group calls will be approximately 60 minutes.

The Co-working calls are 2 hours.

Is there any one-on-one time with you in the program?

Yes there is! We have a 1-hour individual coaching session at the start of the program. Plus, during the program, you can also contact me privately using Voxer.

Essentially Brilliant is a self-directed course.

"“Without hesitation I recommend anyone struggling with ADHD to work with Jacqui. “I knew that medication wasn’t the only answer and that a major dietary/lifestyle change was needed for me to feel in control of my life. The changes I made not only helped my ADHD, they also helped with my severe insomnia. “Without a doubt, working with Jacqui was one of the best decisions I have made. I would have also saved thousands of dollars on psychiatrists if I had worked with her sooner.”"
