Hey there,
I'm Jacqueline
When I was 28 years old I was officially diagnosed with severe dyslexia.
Living with an undiagnosed condition like dyslexia is strange, because I looked ‘normal’.
But behind the scenes I was struggling +++
I wanted to fit in and be like everyone else, so I worked hard to keep up an ‘everything is fine’ facade. But behind the smiles, I was depressed and anxious. I felt stupid and my confidence was really low.
The only solution I could think of was to keep working and trying even harder.
Not only did this not help, it made me feel more like a failure. Because we are told that told hard and effort IS the answer to every problem.
Fast forward to today, everything is different!
Life doesn’t feel hard any more because I figured out ways to do basic life things (time management, planning, organizing, focusing) in a way that works for my neurodiverse brain.
Which allowed me to
- Get a degree in psychology,
- Complete a 3 year coach training program
- Create and run my business and work with clients that I love (I have been an ADHD coach for the last 16 years),
- Write the book ‘Untapped Brilliance: How to Reach Your Full potential as an Adult with ADHD’, (that both Dr Hallowell and Dr Gabor Mate endorsed)
- Write the award-winning blog Untapped Brilliance for adults with ADHD
- Leave a unhappy marriage and build a new life
- Find a loving partner and create a home that is filled with happiness, zero criticism or negativity.
Working with my brain (rather than against it) changed everything for me. This approach also works for my ADHD clients!
Although dyslexia and ADHD are different conditions, there is enough of an overlap that I really understand the challenges adults living with ADHD face. So well in fact that I am often asked
‘Are you psychic?’
or,
‘Are you in my head right now?’
I’m not! :)
But it's an awesome skill to have because it means my clients and course members get great results.

2 x Monthly Live Coaching Calls
Twice a month there are live group coaching calls with me (Jacqueline).

Unlimited Body Double Sessions

Thank you so much for encouraging me to track my spending.
It was scary, I was afraid of the monster's I'd see in my spending habits, but then looking at everything in the daylight it all felt more manageable.
Then, after I'd done it for several months, I could look back and see patterns, areas where I could cut back, or I knew were temporary splurges, not likely to repeat.
I used this information when I realized I might be able to buy a condo instead of renting. The condo is going to be a lot more money, but I know I can afford it because I know exactly how much money I made, how much I needed to live, and how much I could cut back.
I sign the papers for my condo next week!
