A 1:1 ADHD Coaching Program to help you move past your blocks, make steady progress, and finally finish the projects that matter most.
Feeling stuck can feel heavy.
You know what needs to be done, you can almost see yourself doing it â and yet, you just canât seem to move forward.
Itâs like being caught in limbo, heavy and drained.
Iâve experienced that many times myself.
â Sometimes it happens before a big life change, you can feel, weighed down by the logistics and uncertainty.
â Other times, it happens after a major event, when life throws something at you outside your control, and suddenly thereâs a mountain of tasks you never asked for.
â And sometimes, thereâs no big event at all â you just wake up one day and realize youâve been spinning your wheels, bogged down or feeling off-track and unsure how to begin again.

Stuckness shows up in different ways, but the feeling is always the same: you want to move forward, but you just canât.
The cool thing is, the moment you see how youâre going to get unstuck, everything shifts.
One client of mine felt this after our very first session. She hadnât taken any action yet, but the instant she saw her clear path forward, she told me she felt like she had wings. She walked away not just hopeful, but certain: âThis is how Iâm going to move forward.â
Thatâs why I created The Unstuck Method.
Itâs here to help you move through those heavy moments â before, during, or after life changes â so you can refill your energy, find your footing again, and finally make steady progress on the projects that matter most.
Why Youâve Been Feeling Stuck
If youâve been struggling to make progress on all your tasks, itâs not because youâre lazy or unmotivated. Itâs because youâve been carrying some heavy blocks that can make it feel hard to move forward on your own.
Here are the three most common ones I see:

1. Everything feels too big.
The tasks and projects on your plate feel overwhelming like a tangled knot thatâs too big to unravel. You donât know where or how to start, and the ADHD tends to shut down.
Â

2. Youâre running on empty.
Youâve been giving so much to others, handling a crisis or 2 or just trying to keep up with life, that your own energy tank is drained.
Thereâs nothing left in reserve for your projects, no matter how important they are to you.
Â

3. Self-care and joy have slipped away.
The routines, habits, and little things that make you feel like you have fallen to the side.
Without them, itâs easy to feel ungrounded, foggy, and disconnected from your own spark.
Â
Donât worry, if this sound familiar, you are not alone.
And more importantly, whenever there is a problem there's a solution!
The Unstuck Method
Hereâs how weâll (you and me) move you from stuck and overwhelmed â to clear, energized, and steadily moving forward.
The Unstuck Method is built around 3 simple but powerful pillars. Each one tackles one of the core blocks thatâs been holding you back.

Pillar 1: Action Pathway
When everything feels too big, weâll create a clear, step-by-step path so you know exactly where to start and how to keep going.
- Project Inventory â We'll get everything out of your head and onto paper so the weight of it isnât just swirling around anymore.
- Priority Map â Identify the 3 projects that matter most right now so you know where to focus.
- Action Sprint Plan â Break those projects into daily, doable steps so that you feel motivated to take action..

Pillar 3: Back to You
When self-care and routines have slipped away, itâs easy to feel unmoored. Here weâll rebuild the practices that make you feel like yourself again.
- Personal Playbook â Revisit whatâs worked for your ADHD brain before and reinstate your best habits.
- Morning Power-Up â Create an ADHD-friendly morning routine to help you feel focused and organized for the rest of the day.Â
- ADHD Self-Care Staples â Lock in the essentials that help manage your ADHD including healthy domaine boast and executive function support
If any of this sounds overwhelming, donât worry, Iâll be guiding you through everything, step by step and we will go at your pace.
By the end of these 3 pillars, youâll not only feel lighter and clearer youâll have practical ADHD friendly systems and routines that keep you moving forward long after our work together.
Hi, Iâm Jacqueline.
I have a neurodiverse brain too!
I am severely dyslexic, which is a different condition to ADHD, but thereâs enough of an overlap that clients ask me if Iâm psychic! As it happens, Iâm not!
I just know how our brains work.
Before my diagnosis, I struggled with tasks that were supposed to be âeasy,â. Keeping up the appearance that everything was ânormalâ was tiring and time-consuming, there wasnât much time left for fun in my day.
After my diagnosis, I created a system of strategies to support myself. I let go of neurotypical techniques that didnât suit me. I adapted other techniques so that they truly worked for my brain and worked with my strengths. Then everything changed.
Life doesnât feel like an endless to-do list anymore.
These strategies allowed me to be a full time ADHD coach for 19 years (and counting) and write the book  âUntapped Brilliance: How to Reach Your Full Potential as an Adult with ADHD.â
