Hi, I’m Jacqueline.

 I have a neurodiverse brain too!

I am severely dyslexic, which is a different condition to ADHD, but there’s enough of an overlap that clients ask me if I’m psychic!

As it happens, I’m not!

 I just know how our brains work.

Before my diagnosis, staying on top of tasks and projects was a big deal for me.

Everything seemed to take me longer than everyone else and I always felt behind.

It felt like there was a giant conveyor belt of tasks coming toward me, moving faster than I could keep up.

After my diagnosis, everything changed.

I let go of the neurotypical techniques that didn’t suit me. 

 I developed strategies that supported my brain and personalized them until they felt natural, doable, and even fun.

Then, it felt my whole life opened up.

I was able to finish all the tasks in a timely way.

And I had time for the things I love, like training for and running marathons.

I also wrote the book, Untapped Brilliance: How to Reach Your Full Potential as an Adult with ADHD,
