Let me guess...
You know you are incredibly talented in your profession (even if you're too humble to say it out loud), but ADHD symptoms are holding you back from fully enjoying your life and excelling in your career.
⭐
You wish you could stay consistently on top of those boring-but-important core tasks—like notes and billable hours.
Not just to keep up appearances, but because you’re ready to stop questioning your ability and start feeling confident and proud of how you work.
.
⭐
You're ready to stop waiting for things at the office to finally settle down before giving your personal goals the time and energy they deserve.
⭐
You crave the mental freedom of seeing a task and doing it, rather than waiting for an external deadline to motivate you.
⭐
You wish you felt happy and proud of the career achievements and the milestones you’ve reached so far rather than feeling behind in life.

If you've been nodding along, it doesn't mean you're not cut out for the career you've dedicated years to—it simply means you haven't found the right holistic approach that works in harmony with your ADHD brain, body, and life yet.
Managing ADHD optimally involves a combination of approaches.
Many people focus on just one; however, when you adopt a multi-prong holistic approach, you can succeed at work (and at home) in a way that feels natural and aligned with who you are.

Hi, I’m Jacqueline.
I have a neurodiverse brain too!
I am severely dyslexic, which is a different condition to ADHD, but there’s enough of an overlap that clients ask me if I’m psychic!
As it happens, I’m not!
I just know how our brains work.
Before my diagnosis, I struggled with tasks that were supposed to be ‘easy,’ .
Keeping up the appearance that everything was ‘normal’ was tiring and time-consuming.
There wasn’t much time left for fun in my day.

After my diagnosis, I created a 4 Pillar approach to support myself. It included practical strategies and lifestyle changes to boost my brain, mindset, and life design, one that worked with my strengths.
Then everything changed.
Life doesn’t feel like an endless to-do list anymore.
These 4 Pillars allowed me to be a full time ADHD coach for 19 years ( and counting).
I now also have enough time to run marathons and an ultra marathon (which is fun for me).

And write the book ‘Untapped Brilliance: How to Reach Your Full Potential as an Adult with ADHD.’
These are the same 4 Pillars that I teach my 1:1 coaching clients, so they can achieve success in their career and life too.

Healthy Dopamine Boosts
Make lifestyle changes that naturally boost your dopamine to increase your focus, enhance your motivation, and elevate your mood!

EF Support Squad
Create your own support squad of helpful tools and techniques so your executive functions have everything they need to operate at their best.

Smooth Sailing
Learn to navigate the emotional waves of ADHD calmly and confidently as they shift from stormy seas to calm waters.

Life Design
Let's blend your personality, ADHD, and life, so that each day feels fun (rather than an never ending to do list).
While you may have tried making changes on your own, it can be challenging to know how to apply each of the four pillars into your life, when to adjust your approach within a pillar, or when it’s time to explore a fresh perspective.
Here’s what Doctor Edward Hallowell and Doctor Gabor Maté say about the book Untapped Brilliance...

"Untapped Brilliance is brilliant! In logical, concrete terms, it shows a person how to get to the gifts wrapped up in ADD and not suffer from the clutter and frustration that holds so many people back. Full of hope and practical wisdom, this book is a treasure."
Edward Hallowell
Author of Driven to Distraction

"Untapped Brilliance is a little gem of a self-coaching primer. In straight forward language Jacqueline Sinfield proves practical advice and simple easy-to-follow techniques that will help adults challenged by AD(H)D to recreate their lives."

Introducing
Untapped Brilliance VIP Day

An immersive 1:1 experience that gives you the space and structure to leave behind what’s no longer working in your life— and start building what will!

6 hours of 1.1 in-person coaching with Jacqueline.
A VIP Day is like a spa for your mind. It allows you to step away from your day-to-day life and experience a turning point in your life and career.
Spending 6 hours together means we are not just scratching the surface; we are deep diving into your life and challenges without interruption, and you'll leave with a grounded, actionable, and ADHD-friendly plan that's tailored to you.
A Tailored-to-You Coaching Itinerary:
The VIP Day begins at 10 am, but everything is designed around you — your goals, priorities, ADHD challenges. There isn't a generic coaching formula.
We will only coach on topics that will move the needle for you.
Plus, everyone's energy, attention, and processing style are different. We will design your VIP day itinerary so that it is paced and structured in a way that works with you and your brain!

Design Your Day Prep Call
Before the big day, we will have a 1 hour prep call on zoom. It's our chance to connect and I can learn about your challenges and goals.
We will design your VIP day together, taking into account what you know about yourself and what I know about ADHD;
By the end of the hour together, we will have a plan (the itinerary) for your VIP day that supports your energy, your focus, and your biggest priorities.
Your 3-Month Action Plan
At the end of our VIP Day, you'll have a 3-month actionable plan!
After a focused, energizing VIP Day, you'll feel excited and energized. Your 3-month action plan helps you ride that wave and keep moving forward.
Think of your plan as a bridge between the momentum of your VIP Day and the real-life follow-through steps so you can see lasting change.
It's a plan with a difference because it is made up of ADHD-friendly, doable steps that are tailored to you.

Here's what ADHD Success Coaching students have to say:

"Jacqueline is the ONLY professional who has ever been able to make a difference. After years of frustration, near misses and unfulfilled dreams, Jacqueline managed to tap into what makes me tick and utilize my strengths."
Peter Bailey

"I am no longer the same person I was. It's hard to remember the old me now. I learned so much from our coaching. Jacqui has ALL the answers to EVERYTHING. Every problem you throw at her, she immediately gives you a tip or tool to handle that situation."
Dee - 28 year old medical student, now doctor

"My life if night and day different after working with Jacqueline. She definitely has the goods and is an expert on ADHD. However, her real gift has been seeing me as a capable and competent person. She quietly operated from that belief working it into the fabric of our coaching sessions. Now I believe it too. That goes way beyond any strategy I could ask for. I live in the US and Jacqueline is in Canada. Yay internet!"
