Imagine being able to start and FINISH all your important tasks and projects!

(Without ever buying another productivity book.)

On the surface Dan looks like he has a good life. He is funny and smart and has a job he likes.

Behind the scenes Dan feels overwhelmed with the number of tasks and projects in front of him. He manages to meet work deadlines by pulling all-nighters, but as he gets older, that feels harder and harder.

Dan feels envious of his work colleagues. Their lives look perfect. They get promotions, have tidy desks and after work they go to the gym and do things like ‘finish the basement.’ They make getting things done seem effortless.

Dan’s wife would be thrilled if he did a project around their home. He hates to disappoint her. It’s just that traditional things like ‘Goals’ and ‘To Do Lists’ don’t work for him. In fact, it’s got to the stage where he feels a sense of dread just thinking about those words.

Occasionally Dan gets a flash of inspiration and starts an ambitious project. For two or three weeks he thinks, ‘This is it! I can do this!’

But then the motivation fades and he can’t seem to follow through. His home and garage are graveyards of half-finished tasks.

He is so tired of the disappointments – and worse, of not being able to trust himself.

Do you...

  • Feel rushed and overwhelmed?

  • Wish you could organize your ideas and do something with them?

  • Find all your ideas occupy the same priority in your head (they all seem important so you don’t know where to start)?

  • Wish you knew how to make realistic plans?

  • Find it hard to set reasonable expectations for yourself so you can follow through?

  • Struggle to jumpstart yourself, so you can complete projects with time to spare?

  • Wish you knew how to deal with large tasks?

  • Aspire to getting things done even when you don’t feel like doing them?

  • Wait for the urgency to kick in as a deadline approaches and then work nights and weekends to finish a project?

  • Wish you could do things consistently?

  • Dream of feeling motivated and being persistent?

  • Find planning ahead for fun personal events like birthdays and celebrations a challenge?

In the last 17 years of being an ADHD coach, I have heard many stories like Dan’s. That’s because classic ADHD symptoms make planning, prioritizing, feeling motivated and following through challenging.

That’s annoying, because those are the exact steps that help you to finish a project.

Traditional productivity books and strategies don’t work when you have ADHD. Well, they might seem to work for a few weeks while you are feeling extra motivated but then their effectiveness fades away.

That is why I created ‘It’s a Wrap.’

‘It's a Wrap’ is my coaching process, where we take you from feeling  overwhelmed with the number of ideas and projects you have, to prioritizing and finishing them!

It’s a Wrap’ is a step by step process designed specifically for you and your ADHD brain. It guides you through everything you need to do to start and finish a project.

The best thing is, it’s repeatable.

You can use it again and again.

Which feels empowering.

"Jacqueline is the ONLY professional who has ever been able to make a difference. After years of frustration, near misses and unfulfilled dreams, Jacqueline managed to tap into what makes me tick and utilize my strengths.” "

"“Without hesitation I recommend anyone struggling with ADHD to work with Jacqui. “I knew that medication wasn’t the only answer and that a major dietary/lifestyle change was needed for me to feel in control of my life. The changes I made not only helped my ADHD, they also helped with my severe insomnia. “Without a doubt, working with Jacqui was one of the best decisions I have made. I would have also saved thousands of dollars on psychiatrists if I had worked with her sooner.”"

How does it work?

As soon as you enrol you have access to the training videos and the link to Jacqueline’s calendar so you can book your ‘It’s a Wrap’ coaching appointment.

Be sure to watch the welcome video first as it explains how to get the most out of the program.

Is ‘It’s a Wrap’ a course or coaching?

It’s both! ‘It’s a Wrap’ is a coaching session with supporting material in the form of videos. I created the videos so we can maximize our coaching time together. PLUS you have the videos as a helpful resource to refer back to.

Can we really cover everything in 75 minutes?

Yes! Although the topics are important, that doesn’t mean it needs to be a lengthy process.

What if I don’t live near you?

Not a problem! Most of my clients live in a different city or country than me. We can meet virtually on Zoom (like Skype but better reception).

Will ‘It’s a Wrap’ work for me?

If you are wondering ‘but will it work for me?’ the answer is yes! Even if you feel you are complicated or an ‘extreme’ case. If you have an open mind, willing to share your experiences and do some ground work, then ‘It’s a Wrap’ will help you.

Can I use ‘It’s a Wrap’ for work and personal projects?

Absolutely! The 6 steps in ‘It’s a Wrap’ work for all of your important projects, including professional, personal or a combination of both.

What if I don’t see any dates on Jacqueline calendar that fit my schedule?

I am pretty confident there will be. I work with clients all around the world (so lots of time zones) and we have always been able to find a time to schedule the coaching appointments. If you have any problems you can always email me directly.

I am already a member of Essentially Brilliant. Would I still benefit from ‘It’s a Wrap’?

Absolutely! The two complement each other really well.
