Because there are so many options, your brain gets flooded and it feels impossible to choose. So you don’t do anything unless there is a deadline approaching, and then you work quickly towards that.
Prioritizing might not come naturally to you when you have ADHD, but there is good news!
It’s a skill that can be learned.
And then, like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger this skill set becomes.
